How To Use
It is strongly recommended to dilute it with a carrier oil (any massage oil) before applying on the skin.
For bad breath: Create a mouth spray by diluting 2-3 drops of oil in purified/filtered water. Mix well and use it.
For pain relief massage- Mix 2-3 drops of peppermint oil in 10ml of carrier oil which could be any cold-pressed oil such as almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil.
In a diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of pure peppermint oil to water.
For Sinus Care/Seasonal Allery relief/Increase energy/Alleviate headache: diffuse 5 drops of peppermint or apply 2–3 drops topically to your temples, chest and back of neck.
For Oral Health: Add a few drops to water and gargle.
For Dandruff: Massage with 2-3 drops into the scalp while showering.
For Nausea: Rub 1-2 drops behind ears.
For sunburn protection and skin health: Mix few drops to coconut oil and apply it on skin.
Do not apply directly on the skin.
