How To Use
STEP 1
It is strongly recommended to dilute it with a carrier oil (any massage oil) before applying on the skin.
STEP 2
Avoid direct sun exposure after applying lemon oil as it is photo-toxic.
STEP 3
For body massage: Mix 1 portion of Lemon oil and 10 portions of carrier oil which could be any cold-pressed oil such as almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil.
STEP 4
In a diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of pure Lemon oil to water. This stimulates the brain, improves concentration and relieves stress.
STEP 5
For inhalation to treat Nausea: Add just one drop of Lemon oil in a pan containing boiling water, or steamer. Inhale vaporized lemon oil.
STEP 6
For Weight Loss/cough/digestion/Nourish Skin: Add a few drops of lemon oil to lukewarm water and drink empty stomach in the morning and 30 min post meals.
STEP 7
For bad breath- Add few drops to filtered water in a spray bottle for use.
